Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records. The role involves helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also help coordinate employee benefits documentation,



provide basic HR-related support to team members, and contribute to administrative tasks such as HR reporting and documentation. Under guidance from senior HR staff, the intern will gain exposure to personnel management practices and HR compliance within a wellness-focused organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess skills in understanding and supporting HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
