Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in managing day-to-day people operations and administrative processes. This internship, on-site role is based in Pune and involves assisting with employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and maintaining HR records. The intern will help draft and update HR policies, support employee benefits administration, and coordinate HR communications and engagement initiatives.



Additional responsibilities include scheduling interviews, supporting recruitment logistics, preparing basic HR reports, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a fast-paced, AI-focused organization and requires a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

Qualifications
