Role Description The Team Leader – Real Estate at STBG HOMES is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. This role involves leading and managing a sales team, setting performance targets, and guiding team members in achieving individual and collective goals in residential and commercial real estate.



The Team Leader will oversee client consultations, coordinate property viewings, and ensure brokerage-free advisory services are delivered with professionalism and transparency. Daily responsibilities include mentoring team members, monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with builders and internal stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving client issues, and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and values.
