Role Description The Cotech role at Renault in Madurai South is a full-time, in office position focused on providing advanced technical support for vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues, guiding service technicians, and ensuring that repairs are completed according to Renault standards and safety guidelines. The Cotech will review and interpret technical documentation,



use diagnostic tools and software, and collaborate with service advisors to clearly explain technical findings and repair plans. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, supporting training of workshop staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and electronic control units.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and service manuals to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technicians, service advisors, and customers.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in automobile engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
