Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Yoga Trainer role based in Lucknow. The Yoga Trainer will lead group classes and one-on-one sessions, guiding participants through secure and effective yoga practices tailored to varying levels of experience and physical ability. Daily responsibilities include planning class sequences, demonstrating postures, offering modifications, and monitoring participant safety throughout sessions.



The role also involves educating clients on breathing techniques, basic relaxation methods, and alignment, as well as maintaining a clean and organized practice space. The Yoga Trainer will collaborate with center staff, communicate with clients about class schedules and progress, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Yoga Instruction, with the ability to design and lead structured classes.
Candidates should possess practical experience in styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa, and be able to adapt these practices to different skill levels.
Candidates should possess Teaching and Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, provide feedback, and engage participants respectfully.
Certification or formal training in yoga instruction from a recognized institution is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of basic anatomy, injury prevention, and safe practice techniques
