iLoma Technology is a Nagpur-based mobile app & website development company, and the team behind Kanrivo, our coworking space management SaaS product. We're looking for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to join us full-time as a Business Development Executive.

This isn't a role for someone looking to just follow instructions — we want someone self-driven, who takes ownership and is eager to go beyond the job description. You'll get exposure to both worlds: selling a SaaS product (Kanrivo) and driving client acquisition for our service business (iLoma) — rare combination for someone starting out.

???? ???'?? ??:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients (India & overseas) via LinkedIn, email, and calls — across both Kanrivo and iLoma
• Run and manage email outreach campaigns
• Follow up on leads and maintain a clean pipeline
• Support basic marketing activities — LinkedIn posts, campaign coordination
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting and timesheets

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience (Sales/Marketing/BBA/MBA background preferred, not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and disciplined — someone who takes initiative without needing to be told
• Strong communication skills — spoken & written English
• Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — using AI for outreach, research, or content is a strong plus
• Hungry to learn and grow with a rapid-moving startup

????????????: ₹15,000/month + performance incentives
