Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing and optimizing campaign performance across multiple advertising channels. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data and trends, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI for client campaigns. The Performance Manager will collaborate closely with account managers,



creative teams, and digital specialists to align performance goals with client objectives and budget constraints. Daily tasks include preparing performance reports, conducting reviews with internal stakeholders, coordinating training to enhance team capabilities, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
