We are looking for a proactive LinkedIn Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can consistently identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, qualify potential clients, and book qualified meetings for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant B2B prospects on LinkedIn.
Identify business owners, founders, CEOs, marketing heads, and other decision-makers.
Build targeted prospect lists based on Esperance's Ideal Customer Profile.
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally.
Start conversations and understand the prospect's basic business requirement.




Qualify prospects based on business need, decision-making authority, potential budget, and intent.
Book qualified discovery meetings for the Business Development team.
Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up information in Zoho CRM.
Track outreach, responses, qualified leads, meetings booked, and meeting attendance.
Test and improve LinkedIn messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
Coordinate with the BDM to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Skills Required:
1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, appointment setting, SDR, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn search and prospect research.
Ability to identify the right decision-makers.
Valuable written English and professional communication skills.
Experience with personalized outreach rather than mass/spam messaging.
