Dr. Haror’s Wellness is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the operations, team, patient experience and revenue performance of our Skin, Hair & Aesthetic Clinic.

We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked in a similar industry, such as:
Dermatology Clinics
Aesthetic Clinics
Skin & Hair Clinics
Hair Transplant Clinics
Cosmetic Clinics
Healthcare Clinics
Premium Beauty & Wellness Centres
Key Responsibilities
• Manage complete centre/clinic operations
• Drive sales, revenue and monthly business targets
• Lead and manage counsellors, front desk and support teams
• Monitor leads, consultations, follow-ups and conversions
• Improve sales conversion and patient retention
• Ensure excellent patient/customer experience
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams
• Handle patient escalations and complaints
• Monitor daily centre performance and prepare MIS reports
• Track team productivity and individual performance




• Conduct regular team reviews and motivate employees
• Ensure SOP, discipline, hygiene and service standards
• Support recruitment, training and development of centre staff
• Identify opportunities for business growth and revenue generation
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4–7 years in a relevant industry
