About the Role
Cyurae is looking for a creative, proactive, communicative, and rapid-learning individual to join our growing startup. This is a versatile role combining AI-powered content creation, social media management, networking and relationship building, branding support, and basic HR/people coordination. The most important requirement for this role is a genuine interest in learning and using AI tools for content creation. Prior expertise in AI is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, creative, and willing to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI & Content Creation – Primary Focus
Learn and explore AI tools for content creation, image generation, graphic design, and video creation.
Use AI tools creatively to develop high-quality content for the company.
Create social media posts, visuals, reels, short-form videos, captions,



and other digital content.
Continuously explore emerging AI platforms and identify tools that can improve the company’s content quality and efficiency.
Experiment with new content formats, concepts, and creative ideas.
Stay updated with developments in AI-powered content creation.

2. Social Media & Branding
Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent and professional online presence.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
Develop creative concepts for posts, campaigns, reels, stories, and other digital content.
Help develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across digital platforms.
Monitor social media engagement and interact professionally with the online community.
Stay updated with social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
Work toward increasing the company’s online visibility, engagement, and audience.
