Role Description The MAHILA Career Agent at LIC is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance and financial protection needs, explaining LIC’s various products, and recommending suitable plans. The MAHILA Career Agent will generate leads through field activities, community outreach,



and referrals, and will support customers throughout the policy lifecycle—from proposal and documentation to after-sales service and claim assistance. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer records, following up on renewals and premium payments, participating in training sessions, and working closely with branch staff to achieve individual and team targets. The position requires consistent engagement with local communities, a customer-focused approach, and adherence to LIC’s ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse clients.
