Role Description The Territory Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Gro Digital Platforms’ presence in the assigned territory.
The role involves managing and developing distribution networks, engaging with transporters, fleet owners, and channel partners, and promoting platform services to meet revenue and acquisition targets. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales visits and presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting onboarding of transport partners onto the platform. The Territory Sales Officer will monitor market trends and competitor activities, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders and representing Gro’s brand and values in the local market.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with proven experience achieving targets in a field-based role.
