Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
Experience




9+ years of experience in Operational Risk, Controls, Compliance, Process Improvement, Business Transformation, Internal Audit, or Consulting roles
Payroll, HR Operations, Workforce Compliance, or Regulatory Obligation Management experience highly regarded
Hands on experience in creating controls and running Control testings
Well familiar with Change management process
Proficient in creation of Dashboards to showcase ongoing team progress against goals
Proficient in structured problem solving and process improvement methodologies tools and processes across the business improvement and transformation lifecycle
Solid PowerPoint capability to clearly articulate problems to various stakeholder groups and recommend solutions
Essential capabilities
Proficient in creating and maintaining documented process and controls in line with enterprise standards
