Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java Full Stack (Java FS) professional with 5+ years of experience in Java software development. The role will develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems while contributing to full-stack web application delivery.The position will support business objectives by delivering clean, maintainable, scalable, and reliable software; collaborating with cross-functional teams; resolving technical issues; and applying current Java, web development, database, and Agile engineering practices.
Software Requirements
Required
Strong knowledge of Java and the Java EE platform.
Experience using Java 8 or later and current supported Java versions, based on project requirements.
Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JSF.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with Git or equivalent version control systems.
Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration.
Experience with software development lifecycle practices, including design,



development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
Experience participating in code reviews and applying software development standards.
Ability to debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Preferred
Experience developing enterprise-scale Java full-stack applications.
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, or related technologies.
Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Angular, React, or another modern frontend framework.
Knowledge of microservices and distributed application development.
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and performance improvement tools.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and effective use of computing resources.
