Job Overview
We are looking for a Support & CRM-focused Associate who can handle client support, CRM operations, basic technical testing, and team coordination.
This is primarily a support and operations role. The priority is excellent client handling, strong CRM expertise (especially GoHighLevel and Salesforce), testing of workflows, and smooth internal coordination.
Candidates with more than 2 years of experience need not apply.
Important: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and/or Salesforce is mandatory. If you do not have practical experience with these tools, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities (in order of priority)
1. Client Support & Retention




Handle client queries, onboarding, and day-to-day support
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Focus on client retention and satisfaction
Track issues and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams
Guide clients on platform usage and best practices
2. CRM Expertise & Operations
Work extensively with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Salesforce
Create and manage workflows, pipelines, automations, forms, and client journeys
Maintain clean and accurate client data across systems
Support CRM integrations and configurations
3. Testing & Technical Support
Perform basic testing of features, workflows, and integrations
Troubleshoot common issues related to CRM setups and automations
Support basic technical tasks as needed
4. Team Coordination & Internal Support
Manage daily tasks, project updates, and cross-team communication
Maintain documentation and reports
Collaborate with engineering, product
