Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and developers,



and expand Varmora’s market presence in the region. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activity, and developing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility. The role involves managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and customer support. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning within building materials, ceramics, or related industries is preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, with effective present
