About SMEPay
SMEPay is building a simple, UPI-first payment platform for India's small and medium businesses.
We are a fast-growing fintech startup focused on making digital payments simpler, more affordable, and accessible for businesses that are often underserved by traditional payment platforms.
We are looking for a smart, hungry and highly accountable Marketing Executive to join our core team and help build SMEPay's marketing engine from the ground up.
What You'll Do
This is not a role where you will just manage Instagram or create posts.
You will be expected to think, execute, measure and improve.
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan and execute SMEPay's digital marketing activities across social media, content, SEO, email and other relevant channels.
Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Develop content around UPI payments, MSMEs, fintech, merchant problems and SMEPay's products.




Work closely with the founders to convert ideas into campaigns, content and growth experiments.
Research competitors, customers, market trends and new acquisition opportunities.
Support lead-generation and merchant-acquisition campaigns.
Experiment with paid marketing and continuously measure CAC, CPL, conversion and ROI.
Work with designers, developers and the product team to create landing pages, campaigns and marketing assets.
Build and maintain SMEPay's content calendar.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, communities, influencers, creators and industry platforms.
Track marketing performance and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
Test new ideas quickly and double down on what works.
Take ownership of specific marketing goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
