Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Bluwheelz is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics activities, monitoring EV fleet performance,



and ensuring timely deliveries for clients across multiple industry verticals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing schedules and routes, tracking key operational metrics, and resolving any service or delivery issues in a professional and timely manner. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external partners to improve processes, maintain high service standards, and support sustainable logistics initiatives. The Assistant Manager will also assist with reporting, documentation, and implementation of new policies and tools that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
