About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our US IT Staffing team. In this role, you will manage bench consultants, build strong relationships with vendors and clients, and drive successful placements in the competitive US IT staffing market. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities

Sales & Bench Management

- Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients
- Build and expand vendor/client relationships
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - lead generation, submissions, negotiation, and closure
- Ensure a steady pipeline of requirements with quick submission turnaround
- Negotiate billing rates and finalize contract terms
- Maintain consistent follow-ups on submissions, interviews, and placements

Candidate Engagement & Career Advisory

- Understand candidates' career goals and match them with the right opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with IT professionals
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
- Deliver a smooth,



positive candidate experience from sourcing to placement
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems

Team & Performance Management

- Mentor and support junior sales executives
- Track individual and team performance against targets
- Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reporting

- Strong expertise in Bench Sales and US IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Established network with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Solid understanding of US visa types ( H1B, OPT, GC, USC )
- Leadership qualities with a mentoring mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment / IT Staffing Sales
- Proven track record in placements and revenue generation
