Role Description The Area Sales Manager role at Tilara Polyplast is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The individual will be responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned territory, including prospecting recent clients,



nurturing relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth across industrial, commercial, and residential segments. Daily activities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment in coordination with internal teams. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and support strategic sales planning. The Area Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, meet defined targets, and collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver high-quality customer service and solutions.
