Online Faculty - Power Batch | Join Our Expert Teaching Team
We are seeking experienced and passionate educators to join our Power Batch Department as Online Faculty members for JEE and Foundation segment.

Subject:
Chemistry and Biology (Foundation i.e. 9th & 10th)
Maths and Chemistry (JEE)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons for both YouTube audiences and paid batch students.
Develop comprehensive study materials, practice problems, and interactive quizzes.
Conduct live classes, doubt-solving sessions, and pre-recorded lessons.
Align lesson plans and teaching methodologies with the Power Batch Curriculum.
Foster a positive and interactive learning setting for students.
Collaborate with the content team to create innovative and student-focused content.

Requirements:




Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the respective subject or a related field.
Experience: Prior teaching experience (online or offline) preferred.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital teaching tools, virtual whiteboards, and video editing is a plus.
Other: Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching.

Work Mode: WFH (Classes will be scheduled through green chroma setup)

Demo Video Submission:
Applicants must submit a 20–30-minutes demo video (google drive link) explaining a topic from their subject. The video should highlight teaching style, content delivery, and interaction skills.
