About The Role

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and CEO at Anton Global Pharmaceuticals is a critical role that combines high-level executive support with talent acquisition responsibilities. Reporting directly to the top leadership, this position is designed for a proactive, highly organized professional who can manage complex schedules,



coordinate international travel, prepare detailed meeting materials, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the MD and CEO. Additionally, this role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—helping the company build a strong talent pipeline to support its growth ambitions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is suitable for candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience in executive support, recruitment, or a combination of both. The role requires a disciplined individual capable of handling sensitive information discreetly, managing multiple priorities efficiently, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
