Role Description The Senior Accountant role at NoBroker HR is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.



This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries. The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, support month-end and year-end closing, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and assist with audits and tax-related activities. The role includes analyzing financial data to support management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as recommending process improvements for greater accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, is essential to ensure timely and reliable financial information.
Qualifications

Robust core accounting skills, including general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and understanding of Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
