Atoma – India’s Salon at Home is building a current way for customers to access professional beauty and salon services at their doorstep.

We are scaling across cities and are looking for a highly data-driven Performance Marketing professional who can take ownership of customer acquisition, bookings and growth.

This is NOT a traditional digital marketing role.

We are looking for someone who thinks in:

CAC → Leads → Conversion → Bookings → Revenue → Retention → ROAS

? WHAT YOU WILL OWN

1. Paid Acquisition
- Own Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
- Develop city-wise acquisition strategies.
- Plan campaigns based on customer demographics, locality, service category and purchasing behaviour.
- Build campaigns for new city launches.
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS and booking conversion.

2. Performance & Growth
- Own monthly customer acquisition and booking targets.
- Build and optimize the complete funnel:

Impressions → Reach → App Visits → Registration → Booking → Repeat Booking
- Identify leakage at every stage.
- Improve conversion rates through continuous experimentation.
- Build retargeting and remarketing strategies.

3. CAC & ROAS Management
- Own and aggressively monitor CAC.
- Track contribution margin against acquisition cost.
- Maintain city-wise and campaign-wise ROAS dashboards.
- Identify campaigns that should be scaled, optimi
