About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Content Programming (Product) to own how content is packaged, scheduled, surfaced, and promoted across Dashverse.

You will work at the intersection of Content, Product, Growth, Creative, and Data,



ensuring every show has the right metadata, title, thumbnail, trailer, launch plan, in-app placement, and communication strategy to maximize discovery and engagement.

Your Part

Content Packaging & Merchandising
Own show-level metadata, titles, descriptions, genres, tags, thumbnails, and other content packaging.
Develop and test positioning for shows to improve discovery and click-through.
Work with Creative teams to develop and optimize thumbnails, teasers, trailers, and promotional assets.
Maintain consistency and quality across all content presented to users.

Programming & Show Calendar
Own the content programming calendar across launches, episode drops, promotions, and key programming moments.
Plan how and when shows are surfaced across different in-app placements.
Coordinate upcoming launches with Content, Product and Growth teams.
Ensure programming priorities are accurately executed across the product.
