Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Specialist role based in the Pune division, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Specialist will handle daily sales activities, including responding to inquiries, presenting travel packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. Responsibilities include advising customers on suitable domestic and international tour options, preparing quotations,



and following up to close sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or booking systems. The role involves coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery, providing post-sales support, and addressing customer concerns. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to training on new products or offers, support sales campaigns, and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue.
Qualifications
