Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting Tapasya Media’s services to prospective and existing clients. The specialist will coordinate with the production and creative teams to align client needs with campaign solutions, prepare proposals and pitches, and track sales performance against targets.



Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the engagement lifecycle. The role also involves delivering product and service training to clients or internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training experience to deliver clear product or service presentations and onboarding sessions.
Experience in media, advertising, or marketing services is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
