The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven CEO to lead Elevé through its next stage of growth.
The CEO will have the prospect to shape the brand, build a high-performing organisation and help define an emerging category in Indian jewellery.
The mandate includes expanding the retail and franchise network, scaling revenue, strengthening store performance, developing new sales channels and building the systems and leadership team required to create a nationally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead expansion
Build and execute Elevé’s multi-city expansion strategy.
Evaluate current markets, store formats and partners based on strong commercial fundamentals.
Scale company-owned and franchise stores while maintaining a consistent customer experience and brand positioning.
Develop a repeatable and capital-efficient model for opening and operating new stores.
