Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of online bidding platforms, and the ability to generate business opportunities for IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads and business opportunities through Upwork and other online bidding platforms.
Handle complete bidding process including proposal writing, requirement analysis, and client communication.
Identify client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and ensure revenue targets are achieved.





Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding and online business development.
Robust understanding of IT services and technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of proposal writing and client handling.
Ability to generate business through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Experience in handling international clients will be an added advantage.
