About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and agile Administration Manager to oversee the comprehensive administrative functions for our large industrial plant and township. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of facilities, including plant infrastructure, residential colonies,



guest houses, and common amenities, ensuring seamless daily operations and compliance with statutory regulations. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale industrial assets and township administration. The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple internal departments such as HR, Finance, Operations, EHS, Procurement, and Project teams to align administrative activities with organizational goals. Additionally, they will lead vendor management, oversee security operations, and ensure the maintenance of high standards of safety, hygiene, and infrastructure across the premises.
