Role Description The Machine and Plant Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on production machinery and plant equipment to minimize downtime. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components, and calibrating machines for optimal performance. The engineer will monitor equipment performance, maintain accurate maintenance records,



and coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities. The role also involves implementing safety standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with external vendors and service providers when needed.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of machine maintenance, plant engineering, and industrial equipment troubleshooting.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices, including scheduling, inspection, and documentation.
Understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics used in manufacturing environments.
