About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including cold outreach and nurture sequences, to engage prospective clients and candidates effectively. You will manage LinkedIn campaigns focusing on outreach, messaging,
and audience targeting to generate high-quality leads that contribute to our growth objectives. Additionally, you will support lead generation efforts by building, segmenting, and enriching prospect databases to ensure targeted and personalized outreach.
Your analytical skills will be vital as you track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve conversion rates.
