Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Palai. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include explaining health insurance products, assisting customers with policy selection, renewals, and basic claim-related queries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role involves meeting sales and service targets, conducting regular follow-ups, organizing customer interactions or small events as needed, and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with branch colleagues, digital channels, and bancassurance partners to enhance business growth and support a consistent, customer-centric experience.
