Role Description The Export Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role oversees the end-to-end export process, including managing documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The Export Manager develops and executes export strategies, identifies new international markets, and builds relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and agents. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating terms with buyers,



collaborating with production and logistics teams, monitoring order status, and analyzing sales performance. The role also involves preparing export reports, forecasting demand, and supporting the leadership team with business planning for global expansion.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Export operations, export documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in International Business and International Trade, including familiarity with INCOTERMS and global market practices.
Skills in Business Planning and strategic analysis to support growth in overseas markets.
Proven Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain international customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP or export management software.
