Position: Guest Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Experience: 1–2 years in a reputed hotel/resort preferred; candidates with Hotel Management qualification and Industrial/OJT training may also apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Welcome guests and provide courteous, qualified service as per 5-star hospitality standards.
2)Set up and maintain restaurant, banquet, and dining areas according to SOPs.
3)Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
4)Assist guests with menu knowledge, recommendations, and special requests.
5)Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and F&B; Service teams.
6)Ensure tables, service stations, crockery, cutlery, and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
7) Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace safety standards.
8)Handle guest queries and feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.
9) Assist in buffet setup, clearing, replenishment, and closing duties.
10)Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction and contribute to smooth daily F&B; operations.
