- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Develop and execute growth strategies
- Build and manage teams

- Monitor business performance and profitability
- Help build scalable systems and processes
- Work closely with the founder on long-term business strategy

- Experience in business operations, e-commerce, sales, marketing, diamonds, technology, or related fields is a plus

? Compensation
The selected partner will receive an agreed percentage of business profits, based on responsibilities, contribution, experience, and mutually agreed terms.
