Role Description The Project Manager Civil will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure and construction projects in Thanjavur. This full time, on-site role includes managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors,



as well as ensuring work is completed in line with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager Civil will supervise site activities, conduct regular inspections, resolve technical and operational issues, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with architects, engineers, suppliers, and clients, monitoring project risks, and driving continuous improvement in construction quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong civil engineering foundation with skills in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure planning and execution.
Proficiency in Construction Management, including site supervision, quality control, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
Budgeting skills, with experience in cost estimation, cost control,
