Role Description The Cold Caller role at Proinsights Analytics is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad. In this role, the team member will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce Proinsights Analytics’ services, and generate interest and qualified leads. Typical tasks include explaining service offerings, answering basic questions, capturing accurate client details in the system, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales or consulting team.
The role also involves maintaining call logs, meeting daily and weekly outreach targets, and providing feedback on client responses to support continuous improvement of outreach strategies. This position requires consistent presence at the Ahmedabad office and close coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills with clear, confident phone presence and active listening abilities.
Customer service or sales support experience, including handling objections and building rapport with prospective clients.
