Role Description
The AGM/DGM – Real Estate Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division, covering Thane, KDMC, and South Bombay (SoBo) markets. The role involves overseeing Team leader sales operations, managing and mentoring the sales team, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories.
Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable real estate options, and negotiating sales to closure.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in real estate sales leadership, with a background in managing team leader /teams and achieving sales targets.
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills relevant to residential and commercial property sales.
Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
Proficiency in basic office software, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms for managing leads and sales pipelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer profiles in a professional manner.
Proven capability to work on-site across multiple locations within Pune Division and adapt to a rapid-paced sales environment.
Prior experience in Thane, KDMC, or SoBo markets and established networks with developers or channel partners is highly beneficial.
