Role Description The Assistant Vice President – Fund Raising is a full time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for designing and executing fundraising strategies to support Akava Luxury’s growth and sustainability initiatives. This role involves identifying and cultivating potential investors,



donors, and strategic partners; preparing compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations; and managing fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. The Assistant Vice President will coordinate annual giving programs, oversee donor stewardship activities, and maintain strong relationships through regular communication, reporting, and engagement events. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing fundraising performance, tracking metrics, supporting monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to align funding priorities with business objectives. The role also requires close coordination with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure transparent use of funds and clear impact communication.
