Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branche Sales Manager (BSM) – Individual role based in Lucknow. The Branche Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective small business owners, self-employed individuals, and consumer customers, explaining SBFC’s Home Loans product,



and supporting clients through the application and documentation process. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting customer meetings, performing initial credit assessments, coordinating with branch operations, and ensuring timely follow-up to close sales. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines, and meeting assigned sales and portfolio quality targets. The BSM will collaborate closely with branch teams to deliver a professional and customer-centric experience.
