Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertiser role based in Noida, focused on Meta, Google Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising. The Advertiser will plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across these platforms, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance, optimizing creatives and copy, adjusting bids, and implementing A/B tests to improve ROI and conversion rates.



The role involves working closely with the strategy and creative teams to align campaigns with brand objectives, gathering insights, and preparing performance reports for internal and client stakeholders. The Advertiser will also stay current with platform updates, advertising policies, and best practices to ensure compliant and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
Proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major digital advertising platforms.
Strong skills in campaign planning, audience segmentation, keyword research, and performance optimization.
Experience with analytics tools and dashboards for tracking KPIs, conversion metrics, and attribution (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
Ability to craft clear, persuasive ad copy and collaborate on creative assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, remarketing, and lead
