Role Description Biologics development professionals at Shilpa Biologicals will contribute to the end-to-end development of biopharmaceutical products, from early-stage research through process optimization and support for scale-up. Day-to-day activities include designing and executing experimental studies, analyzing data, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as analytical development, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing.



Professionals will participate in technology transfer activities, support troubleshooting during development and validation, and ensure adherence to relevant guidelines and safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close coordination with laboratory and production teams and active participation in project meetings and reviews.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in biologics development, including cell culture techniques, upstream and/or downstream process development, and basic understanding of bioprocess engineering.
Candidates should possess skills in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific documentation, with proficiency in using relevant software tools for recording and interpreting laboratory results.
