Role Description This full-time, on-site Special Education Teacher role is based in Rudrapur. The Special Education Teacher will design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for learners with diverse needs,



focusing on academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering tailored lessons, adapting teaching materials, and using specialized strategies to support students with disabilities and learning challenges. The role involves collaborating closely with counsellors, therapists, families, and school staff, conducting ongoing assessments, and documenting progress. The teacher will also contribute to multidisciplinary planning, participate in case discussions, and provide guidance to caregivers on supporting learning and development at home.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of Special Education and experience working with individuals with disabilities, including learning and developmental challenges.
