About Us
Textrade Homes is a Panipat-based home textile manufacturer and exporter serving buyers across the US, South Africa, EU and many more. We're expanding our sales team and looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
The Role
This is a senior hire for a professional who already has an established network of buying houses, importers, and international buyers in the home textile space in India. You'll bring those relationships to the table and convert them into confirmed export orders — this is not a role for someone building their network from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
• Introduce Textrade Homes to your existing buyers and buying houses network
• Schedule and lead meetings with prospective buyers
• Convert introductions and meetings into confirmed export orders
• Coordinate and oversee sampling for buyer meetings and presentations
• Manage liaisoning with buying houses and agents through the order lifecycle




• Represent the company professionally in all buyer-facing interactions

What We're Looking For
• Proven export sales/marketing experience in home textile industry (or a closely related textile/export segment)
• An active and established network across buying houses and export buyers
• Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to independently manage sampling coordination and buyer liaisoning
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working on commission-linked incentives

Compensation
• On-Site Role: Fixed monthly salary + commission on export orders secured through your contacts. • Remote/Freelance: Commission-only, for professionals who prefer to work independently
Final compensation will be discussed based on experience, network strength, and preferred work mode.
