Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Create, update, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) in ERP/MRP systems.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests to ensure BOM accuracy.
Verify part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and material requirements.
Maintain multi-level BOM structures and product configurations.

Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Implement approved design and material changes into the system.
Ensure all BOM revisions are documented and traceable.

Conduct regular audits of BOM data for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation procedures, and quality requirements.
