Design and build scalable software systems and distributed services, driving complex technical projects from design through production deployment with a focus on performance, reliability,
and long-term engineering excellence.
Partner with architects and product teams to translate business needs into well-executed technical solutions, promoting engineering standards and architectural best practices across the organization.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability; lead root-cause analysis for critical customer issues and drive resolutions with a focus on sustainable system health.
Mentor engineers and contribute to team development, sharing technical knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and engineering excellence.
Lead and independently own large technical initiatives, demonstrating full accountability for end-to-end delivery from design through production while maintaining code quality and operational standards.
