About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with specialized knowledge in Health Claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating the accuracy and integrity of health insurance claim workflows within the system. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of insurance processes,



and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform is essential. Candidates with a strong foundation in testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test management tools will be preferred. Basic SQL knowledge and excellent documentation skills are also desirable to effectively support testing activities and communicate findings clearly.
