Role Description The Manager Operations and Transition is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and managing the seamless transition of new projects and clients. This role involves planning and executing transition activities, aligning processes and service standards, and coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.



The manager will monitor service delivery, track performance metrics, implement process improvements, and resolve operational issues as they arise. Additional responsibilities include supervising on-ground teams, managing budgets and resources, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety norms, and contractual obligations. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and a focus on maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction during and after transitions.
