✅Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
✅Core Skills: Proven track record in selling API-certified pumps to O&G; accounts, inquiry generation, client prequalification with Licensors/NOCs/EPCs, commercial negotiations, and project pipeline management.
✅Software/Tools: Salesforce (SFDC) CRM proficiency.
✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for technical coordination with EPCs, consultants, and international client stakeholders.
✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Bangalore.

➡️Position Overview Drive business growth by identifying, qualifying,



and closing capital sales of API-certified pumps and rotating equipment within the Oil & Gas sector. Balance recent business acquisition with key account management across refineries, petrochemical, fertilizer, and EPC stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functionally with proposal and execution teams to deliver techno-commercial solutions from inquiry to order kickoff.

✔️Inquiry & Pipeline Management: Generate and track inquiries in SFDC while actively managing project pipelines with O&G; clients, consultants, and EPCs.
✔️Pre-Qualification & Market Share: Initiate and secure product prequalifications with Licensors, National Oil Companies, EPCs, and OEs across the target market.
✔️Techno-Commercial Alignment: Review technical specifications, lead client technical meetings alongside proposal teams, and drive commercial negotiations to secure initial advance payments.
✔️Order Handover Execution: Facilitate smooth project handovers by leading int
